Hit your budget, keep the vision
We take what you specified, search the whole market for everything that meets it, and price every option delivered to your site.

Same spec. Different number.
Comparable market quote versus final delivered price.
There is more market than reaches you.
Thousands of products never get a US rep, a showroom, or a sample in your library. Some of them fit your spec. We search all of it and price what clears.
The engine prices. People deliver.
The engine reads your spec and prices the whole market, delivered. People who have bought for real projects handle the rest: QC, freight, and the phone that gets answered.
Not just a quote. A decision-making tool.
Source from the whole market, not just who you know: the best-priced products that meet your spec and design intent.

How it works
From finish schedule to delivered products in five steps.
We take in design intent, application area, standards, quantities and delivery window.
Quoted line by line against everything that meets the spec, with the match confirmed on each one.
Physical samples to the design team for sign-off before anything is ordered.
Accept or reject line by line. Nothing is substituted without written approval.
We handle it end to end: the order, QC, and on-time delivery to site.
The earlier we start, the further we can look, and that is where the better numbers come from. A tight schedule still works. It just works with fewer options on the table.
A partner at every stage
An interior gets composed over weeks with no price in sight. Then the budget shows up months later and sends it back to the drawing board. Flip the order. Spec with delivered prices on the table, and pick products that are the vision and the budget at once.
Bids are won on numbers the market has not priced yet. Price the finish package against the whole market before you submit: bid tighter where it wins the job, keep the margin where it doesn't.
Run the schedule through Flume and buy exactly what was specified, at the number the market actually supports. One PO, with QC, freight, customs, and delivery to site handled.
Sometimes the budget breaks anyway, and the usual fix strips the design. Ours re-prices it: the same products, or equivalents your designer approves, through a better route.

Don't take our word for it
“I have been in the tile industry for 10 years and was a little skeptical about buying from Flume at first ... Flume over-delivered. The material came in on time, there was no damage. We saved over 40%.”
Our general contractor couldn’t source luxury shower tile... we sourced the same Japanese tile for nearly half the cost, saving us $45,000 with ahead-of-schedule delivery.
We tried Flume for a hotel renovation in Arkansas, and not only did they deliver, they keep delivering. They already saved us $500K...
Flume came to the rescue when key finishes were coming in well over budget... at a fraction of the cost without compromising the design.
Questions we get asked.
How long does pricing take?
Tile and stone are priced instantly. Everything else comes back within two to three days, and more categories are moving to instant pricing.
How are matches evaluated?
Every line splits into what has to be met and what has to be matched. Met is anything written as a threshold: dimensions, performance ratings, minimums. Matched is finish, shade variation, design intent. A product is only shown and priced if it clears both.
Who approves substitutions?
Your design team. We widen the set of options, and where we put something forward that differs from what was specified, we show why it qualifies. The decision is yours.
Do you replace my designer, GC, distributor or installer?
No. We find you more options to compare, so the buy runs to your spec and your budget.
Why not just use my local distributor?
Use them. They are local, the relationship is real, they hold stock, and on smaller quantities and short timelines they will beat us. The difference is scope. A distributor quotes what they stock or represent. We price against everything that meets your spec, including products with no local rep at all.
What project sizes are a fit?
Multi-family, hospitality, production residential and senior living, typically fifty units or keys and up. Smaller projects are coming.
You’re an AI company. Why should I trust you with a building?
The engine does the searching, matching and delivered-cost maths. People who have run procurement on real projects own the delivery: the QC, the factory relationships, and the phone that gets answered when something goes sideways. Judge us the way this industry judges everyone, on what shows up on site.
